Weather permitting, Onofrio Construction will be on-site starting the week of October 5th to clean gutters, pressure wash the exterior of your homes and paint—doors, columns, ceiling, soffits and shutters.                                    

 

We ask that you please remove any personal property off your porch and patio. Please make sure your windows and sliding glass doors are closed during the daytime hours throughout the duration of the project and place towels around any leaky windows or doors.

 

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. This maintenance is included in your HOA dues in order to help  improve the overall property values and the life of the unit.
