Weather permitting, Off-Duty Firemen Pressure Washing will be on site the week of  October 21, 2019 to pressure wash the exterior of your home and clean the gutters.

We ask that you please remove any personal property off your porch, patio, deck and sidewalk so they will not be damaged by the mild bleach/soap solution. Also, please make sure your windows and sliding glass doors are closed during the daytime hours throughout the week and place towels around any leaky windows or doors.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, but know this maintenance is included in your Association dues in order to help  improve the overall property values and the life of the unit.
